KHADDAR by Shreya brings soft drape and restrained gold to BFW Day Three
At the 27th edition of Bangalore Fashion Week, KHADDAR by Shreya turned to fluid white and ivory forms with touches of gold. The collection moved between sculpted shoulders, easy drape and quiet surface detail.
Bengaluru, 17 October 2026 — KHADDAR by Shreya presented a collection built around purity of line and the tactility of cloth, with white and ivory forming the dominant palette. Across the looks, the silhouettes stayed relaxed yet considered, allowing the fabric to fall in long vertical planes, soft folds and clean wraps that read as contemporary and composed.
Several ensembles carried a sense of architectural ease. A structured off-shoulder blouse with a metallic gold bodice was paired with tailored white trousers, bringing a sharper contour to the otherwise fluid language of the show. Elsewhere, sleeveless tunics and draped dresses moved close to the body without losing airiness, their surfaces left largely unembellished.
Gold appeared as a measured accent rather than a full flourish. It traced necklines, edged sleeves and framed hems, adding warmth against the pale base tones. In one look, a broad gold collar and matching trim gave a simple white draped silhouette a ceremonial note, while another featured a soft gold border that skimmed the edge of a cape-like overlay.
The collection also played with proportion through asymmetric cuts and layered construction. A cropped top revealed a sliver of midriff above a high-waisted lower half, while other looks used draped panels to create movement along the front of the garment. The overall effect was spare, but never plain, with each silhouette relying on cut and fall rather than embellishment.
Accessories remained minimal and in keeping with the collection’s restraint. The styling kept attention on the garments’ texture and shape, with the runway presentation underscoring a quiet, refined mood. In these looks, KHADDAR by Shreya placed emphasis on softness, structure and the discipline of limited colour, resulting in a wardrobe that felt calm, polished and distinctly contemporary.
