MM Javeed’s Day Four showcase at the 27th edition of Bangalore Fashion Week moved through embroidered surfaces, fluid drapes and restrained metallic sheen. The menswear palette shifted between pearl, taupe, blush and coral.
Bengaluru, 18 October 2026 — MM Javeed’s showcase at the 27th edition of Bangalore Fashion Week unfolded in a language of texture and controlled ornament. The menswear silhouettes balanced structured jackets and elongated tunics with relaxed trousers, creating a line-up that felt composed, fluid and distinctly ceremonial.
A pearl-toned ensemble set the tone with a long, finely worked jacket worn over matching trousers. The surface carried a subtle all-over pattern, while layered strands at the neckline introduced a formal, almost sculptural accent. The look was clean in line and precise in finish, with the sheen kept soft rather than glossy.
Elsewhere, the collection moved into deeper earthy hues. A rose-brown jacquard jacket with a mandarin collar was paired with tapered trousers, bringing pattern into focus through the fabric itself rather than through heavy embellishment. The cut remained straight and disciplined, allowing the texture to lead.
The strongest colour statement arrived in coral and metallic rose. A long tunic in vivid red-orange was paired with a lustrous drape in gold-toned pink, patterned with ornate motifs and finished with fringe at the edge. The contrast between the matte base garment and the reflective wrap created a rich play of surface and movement.
A fourth look returned to pale neutrals, this time through a sleeveless, open-front layer worn over a crisp shirt and loose trousers. The styling introduced a soft scarf-like drape in muted pink and grey, extending the collection’s interest in layering. Across the selection, MM Javeed worked with embroidery, woven pattern and fluid drape to shape menswear that was formal, tactile and quietly opulent.
