LABEL DE BACHI by Deepanjali brings floral prints and festive colour to BFW Day Two
At the 27th edition of Bangalore Fashion Week, LABEL DE BACHI by Deepanjali presented a collection shaped by fluid drapes, vivid colour and floral motifs. The looks moved between structured ethnic silhouettes and softer, layered forms.
Bengaluru, 16 October 2026 — LABEL DE BACHI by Deepanjali’s Day Two showcase at the 27th edition of Bangalore Fashion Week unfolded in a palette that moved from deep black to saturated coral, pink and red. The collection carried a festive ease, with silhouettes that balanced movement and definition across long dresses, sari drapes and kurta-led ensembles.
One look paired a sleeveless black halter-style dress with a wide, flowing skirt, its surface animated by oversized yellow sunflower motifs placed near the hem. The contrast of the dark base with the bright floral print gave the garment a graphic clarity, while the clean neckline and uninterrupted fall kept the silhouette fluid.
Elsewhere, the collection turned to traditional references in brighter tones. A coral-orange ensemble featured a short-sleeved blouse with striped detailing and a layered drape below, finished with coordinated borders at the hem and sleeves. Another look in vivid red used a straight, knee-length silhouette with ornate embroidery along the sleeves and hem, bringing texture to the otherwise streamlined form.
A sari in pink and red introduced a more layered composition, worn with a short, structured blouse in a contrasting magenta tone. The drape sat close to the body and was paired with gold jewellery, adding a polished, ceremonial note. Across the looks, the styling favoured centre-parted hair, statement earrings, necklaces and bangles, keeping the focus on colour, surface work and the fall of the fabrics.
The collection presented a clear dialogue between contemporary simplicity and traditional dress codes. Floral imagery, border detailing and rich, saturated hues gave the showcase a distinctly celebratory mood, while the controlled silhouettes held the line in a refined, editorial register.
